Visor Perfect Fit System

VPFS (Visor’s Perfect Fit System)

Composite helmets (fibers), due to the inherent irregularity of their dimensions, generally lack a millimeter-perfect sealing between the visor and the shell, allowing air and water to cause annoying and sometimes even dangerous disturbances to the safety of the riders. Typically, a visor on a fiber helmet needs regular adjustment of its position relative to the helmet, sometimes it requires using jigs and other complicated means.

To remedy this problem, LAZER designed and patented an injected frame, provided with a flexible trim. This frame settles on the shell and compensates for any disparities in the millimeter-precise dimensions of composite materials. It thus ensures a perfect sealing between the visor and the shell.
